Exporting your data to a stand-alone WordPress site is an available service with any of our plans.  However, this is a task that we have to perform for you.

The base cost of this service is $99.00 and covers the time it takes for us to create this export for you.  It covers data up to 2 GB in size.  Each additional GB of data costs $39.00.  The entire cost simply covers our developers time for manually performing this task.

With this service we will provide the data to you in two formats:

1. A set of zip files that you can import into any WordPress installation and
2. A Virtual Machine running the site at a temporary URL – you can choose your VM provider – Linode, DigitalOcean or Vultr.  The VM will be available for 30 days.

Fee Waiver

If you have an annual subscription to our Growing or Pinnacle plan OR if you have been with us on either of those plans for at least 2 years, we will waive the initial 2 GB fee.  Practically speaking, it means that if your data is under 2 GB then the service will be free to you.

The fee waiver applies only to your first request.  If, for some reason, you need a second export, you will need to pay our standard fees as described in the first section above.
